I finally finished a really big project--documenting/writing/compiling some of the special things that happened during the time that Shaune had cancer. This is one of my favorite pages from the book. Since I was thinking about it tonight, I thought that I would post a page.

That looks so amazing! How are you doing the book?
Court, what an amazing idea! I love that pic of you guys too...
I would love to read that sometimes since it is so hard to imagine what you were faced with! You are my hero!
oh, you've just got be bawling with that one picture and comment. i can't wait to see the rest of the book!
Yea, I want to see the rest of that book too! Did you do it on shutterfly? I did 2 books this Christmas for family. They are such a great way to share your memories and love!
That is so neat! I'm so glad you had the desire and ambition to document that entire experience...it's priceless! I want to read it and see it!!! Can't wait to see you guys tonight! Wahoo! Yeah for us tomorrow! Thanks for being super duper COOL!
T want to know more! How exactly did you do this book? It looks incredible...and that is a beautiful picture! Are you just wanting to keep the book more private or are you going to share it? I am so impressed with you that you did this..and I would love to hear more about what you two went through...I just can't even imagine what that was like. The page you are showing us is awesome.
You asked about why I was in Hollywood...it is an acting class I take every week...I am hoping to do some prego work soon...just getting around to submitting myself for that kinda stuff:)
So, I actually used a digital scrapbook software package from a company called Creative Memories. It was a decent program, but maybe not my favorite. I then saved my pages as "tiff" files and uploaded then to Shutterfly. It took a bit of tinkering and I made quite a few mistakes, but overall I was just really glad to be finished. I have actually revised it along with Shaune's help. I love the revisions, and would be happy to post a few more pages (it's nothing great, but it tells a story about an important time in our life and that should make it worth sharing :).
P.S. Lu, I think that is SO cool that you are going to do some prego acting stuff!! You'll have to tell me what you do...I love that you are living your dreams!
I heard just a couple of stories from sister Heiny and I can honestly say that you are probably one of the strongest people I know. What a hard thing to deal with and especially at the time that it all happened. What an example for those of us who know you.
What a beautiful page. Thanks for sharing. I too would love to see/read more. You did an awsome job.
I'm amazed Court (you seem to always amaze me). I can't wait to see that beautiful book. You are such a gifted writer. Even more than that, I admire how you so openly share your testimony in writing. I'm comfortable sharing mine in conversation, but I get a little hesitant when it comes to expressing it in writing. I'm proud of you girl :)
Love the "other" Erin :)
I read your book last week to Ally and I had a hard time because I had to shed a few tears. What an great keepsake. I will cherish it always. I really liked the journal entry's. It just goes to show you that miracles do happen.
