Dexter, my baby, turned #2 last week!! We had such a fabulous day filled with water, food, parks, bouncy balls, and a big party with the fam at my parents house at night :) Caden was just as excited as Dexter regarding the cake!
In honor of my sweet little boy, here are 20 things that I love about him:
1. He is such a snuggle!
2. His chin has the cutest dimple!
3. He loves food and is a good eater (got that from me, I'm sure :)
4. His cry and those amazingly big crocodile tears.
5. His love for books.
6. How he watches everything his big brother does.
7. The funny way he says "sushi".
8. His Budha Belly.
9. How he loves to run around naked and calling himself "nakey-moy".
10. The way he smells after a bath.
11. That he will still let me rock him (he calls it "rock-a-baby").
12. His sense of humor!
13. How he is starting to say prayers.
14. His conservatively adventurous nature.
15. The spice he has when a favorite toy is taken from him.
16. That he was born on my mother-in-law's birthday. He reminds me of her in a lot of ways.
17. The way he will put himself in a timeout.
18. His love for chocolate milk.
19. The way he runs his hands through my hair, looks curiously into my eyes, and then kisses me. This is new and it totally melts me.
20. The way he says, "Eye wuff ewe, mommy" randomly throughout the day.
Dex, I love you, too. Always.
