Some time before you die, please promise me that you will either:
A. Eat at the Anasazi Steakhouse (in St. George, so if you visit us,watch out we may try to persuade you to go with us)
OR
B. Buy a slab of "hot rock" (AKA dark granite) to cook food on.
It is 1-800-TO-DIE4. Seriously.
My in-laws gave us a hot rock for Christmas, and we can't go a week without cooking on it...everything from steak to chicken to portobello mushrooms. Everything seems to turn out fabulous.
Put eating out at a place like this or making food this way sometime on your "Bucket List"...it is just that good :) Thanks, Mom & Dad for the great present...we LOVE it!
